A SOUND BITE FROM SHERRI

Stopping to reflect on what you do best allows you to best utilize the strengths around you, making everyone better in the process.

Great leaders know they aren’t good at everything and they are comfortable knowing what they are good at and what support they need. For leaders to be agile, they need to be self-aware, and self-reflective.  They need to spend time understanding how they are in the world, and then find individuals who have the right strengths to complete their team and reach their goals. As the goals change, the strengths needed may change, so they continually need to go through the process and evaluate themselves and others. This is a continual process.
